Data coverage
The datasets listed cover the whole of the South West region with the exception of data from ALSPAC which are available only for Avon.
Geographical units
The information about geographical units is intended primarily to indicate the scale at which data is available and does not necessarily imply data compatibility. For example, datasets categorised as containing ward level data may not be compatible because of variations in ward definitions.

Census Dissemination Service, MIMAS
Census data held by MIMAS is currently only available to those who work or study in higher or further education but arrangements to make these services available to non-for-profit users outside these sectors are under consideration.
